This training deepens model knowledge of the Automotive SPICE® v4.0 PAM based on the intacs® Certified Process Expert training to act as a Co-Assessor in official assessments.
The interpretation of the VDA Automotive SPICE® Guidelines v2.0 regarding rating rules is included. Participants will be able to support the internal evaluation of projects from the organization and to contribute in official assessments.
This role provides an entry point to working as an assessor, by carrying out internal evaluations independently and assisting with official assessments. This training provides you to acquire the knowledge required to be an Automotive SPICE assessor and also guides you to pass the examination to be held on the final day of this course.
There will be numerous practical exercises and roles plays will be performed to understand the different technique to process improvement methodologies. This will allow you to assess at your company and your supplier according to the ISO/IEC 330xx standard.

In order to pass exam, you must actively involve with training without missing any class. On last day, examination will be conducted by Independent body VDA-QMC.

CONTENTS

The seminar content is equivalent to that in the curriculum published by intacs®:

  • Introduction (VDA, intacs®, PAM in general, latest updates since Expert training)

  • Deepening the understanding of the Automotive SPICE® v4.0 processes by presenting homework exercises incl.

  • VDA Automotive SPICE® Guidelines v2.0 regarding rating rules

  • Deepening the understanding of the Capability Levels and Generic Practices for CL 1 – 5

    • Exercise : presenting homework exercises.

  • Understanding the assessment process incl.

    • planning (assessment plan, briefing, tooling)

    • work product reviews (sampling)

    • interviews (question and listening techniques, note taking)

  • Reporting (feedback session, assessment report)

  • Exam Setup

The course consist of various exercises and sharing experience exchange with participants.

Prerequisites

  • Participants should have sufficient (two years or so) relevant full-time professional experience in IT service management, R&D projects related to software-based automotive electronics systems, or quality assurance processes within these fields.
