This training provides you to acquire the knowledge required to be an Automotive SPICE® competent assessor and guides you to pass the examination to be held on the final day of this course. There will be numerous practical exercises and role-plays will be performed to understand the different technique to plan, conduct, report, and lead assessment. This will allow you to formally assess processes at your company and your supplier according to the ISO/IEC 330xx standard. The detailed requirement to conduct assessment with reference ISO/IEC 330xx will be taught.

In order to pass exam, you must actively involve with training without missing any class and complete home assignment provided before training. On last day, examination will be conducted by independent body VDA-QMC.

CONTENTS

The seminar content is equivalent to that in the curriculum published by intacs™:

  • Recapitulation of intacs® and iNTACS, emphasising what is relevant for lead assessors

  • Presentations by the participants, focusing on challenging Automotive SPICE® interpretation topics

  • Assessment planning from the Lead Assessor's perspective

  • Exercise “assessment planning”

  • Exercise “opening briefing”

  • Performing an assessment and reporting the results from the perspective of the Lead Assessor

  • Formulating interview questions" and "Carrying out an assessment and reporting" exercises

  • Problematic situations

  • The role of the Competent Assessor

  • Exam Preparation and trial exam

  • Multinational assessments

  • CL4 and CL5

The course consist of various exercises and sharing experience exchange with participants.
